We want your experience with Kelissa Shea to be enjoyable from start to finish and will gladly accept your return of product within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanges may be made in-store only.

The returned product(s) must be unused/unworn, in original packaging with original tags. The return must be made in-store or via USPS and return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the buyer. Kelissa Shea is not responsible for items damaged or lost by the postal service.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less the shipping cost paid to your original method of payment. 

Shipping Policy

Kelissa Shea ships throughout the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
